Our app allows users to upload images to support inspection and reporting features.

To protect user privacy, the app uses the Android system Photo Picker. This means:

• The app does not request full access to the device’s photo or video library.

• The app can only access photos or videos explicitly selected by the user.

• The app does not scan, collect, or access media files in the background.

• Access to media is limited to the duration of the upload process only.

• No photos or videos are accessed without direct user action.

The data collected is used solely for:

• Providing login and account access features

• Storing and processing uploaded images

• Improving functionality and user experience

• All data is stored securely with encryption and access control measures.

• User passwords are hashed/encrypted and cannot be read directly.

• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

The app does not sell, trade, or share user data with third parties.
